Dynamic Sum Range Based on Cell Value

Hello all! Need help creating a dynamic sum range formula.

I'm trying to sum weekly cash flows (D3:X3) and store each week's respective sum in cells C11:C13 based on the reference values in cells B11:B13 (see snapshot).

I've tried different variations of SUM, INDEX, MATCH, but haven't had any luck.

Please help.

=SUMIF(D$1:X$1,B11,D$3:X$3)

in C11 and drag down.
