Dynamic solution for costs over multiple periods using an S-Curve distribution

Hi,

I am struggling with the following problem.

I have an input S-Curve distribution (row 4) and a total house cost per each house building starts on in the year in row 9.

This cost per year is then to be spread over a 4 year period based on the S-Curve in row 4 starting in the year in which the houses are first built.

In this simplified version I have shown how this would work in rows 14-17 and this can be done simply enough.

My issue is that I have multiple construction years and not just 4 so I was wondering if there was one dynamic formula that I could use that would get me to the result in row 18 using rows 9 and 4 only.

Thanks in advance for your help.
