Dear all,

I carefully read though Forum postings regarding dynamic chart ranges using this Function for defined Ranges. =OFFSET(DynamicChart1!$B$2,0,0,COUNTA(DynamicChart1!$B:$B)-1)
This normally ensures that the Charts get resized not reflecting empty rows.
However, one of the column uses a vlookup function and returns text contents in the cell even for blank cells because these return empty strings like "". The chart treats this as additional row. Unfortunately, this column is nexessary as Text values are the Labels for the x Axis. Any idea how to make the chart ignore the Text Labels that are ""?

Many many thanks.

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.

Try changing the formulas so instead of returning an empty string, it returns NA:

=IF (LEN (N90)>0, P90, NA())
