Dynamic Range and adding new dates in Pivot table

I have a pivot table that i update every monday from a query in a different file. The pivot table is filtered specifically by date and other criteria. When i update the query i have to go into the date and click the dates off that are new since the last time i updated the pivot table.
I need this file to be able to update manually, and i need a macro or a dynamic range that will check off the new dates when i update the query.

Can anyone help with this?
