Hello!

I designed a process flowchart in Excel, posted on 14.02.2022 in my message Filter and show a (pre)defined path /set of elements from an Excel database flowchart . The attached diagram is just a part of a larger one, but its content is drawn up only in a static form (by separated shape symbols). I wonder if is any way to edit the Excel flowchart in an interactive way, linking the activities between them in a certain order and adjusting the chart’s content automatically when making changes. I need also to set up connection points / pre-defined routes by which the activities to be connected as distinct paths, so that I can activate and show each one of them separately from the other ones. I know about the Visio Data Visualizer add-in, that could integrate the activities structured in Excel as a table / database and show them by a flowchart. However, it runs only on Office 365 while I use Office 2019, and I don’t think it can execute the routing task above mentioned.

Thank you in advance!

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
