Evening All, Long time need more help please

Im having some issues with Dynamic printing in excel.
I would like to print a portion of my spreadsheet dependent on data entered the rows and columns are of set values and are as follows

Namedrange1 (120 Rows 18 Col)
Namedrange2 (184 Rows 18 Col)
Namedrange3 (212 Rows 18 Col)
Namedrange4 (244 Rows 18 Col)

I have tried two different approaches that I thought would have worked bit they didn't, huff :( . Firstly I set up the above as a named ranges created a formula in Cell U12 that returns the name of the range required to print I have then set a print area opened up name manager double clicked print area and edited the range to =Choose(U12,Namedrange1,Namedrange2,Namedrange3,Namedrange4) ...this didnt seem to work at all.

Next in T12 I entered a formula that returns the number of rows needed to print, entered namemanger double clicked print area and edited the range to =OFFSET($A$1,0,0,$T$12,18). This appears to work when I click the select range button just before you close name manager, however when I test it in the spreadsheet it does not work and on retuning to namemanger I find that my offset formula has not saved.

I dont think a VBA solution is an option as I suspect macros will not be enabled by user.

Thanks in advance
Matt
