Trying to build a spreadsheet to calculate the value of a cattle herd... a few variables need to be taken into account.

1. Sex of the animal is a steer or a heifer
2. What the weight of the animal.

I have a data set that lists each animal, its sex, and its weight
I then have 2 other tables, one for heifer, and one for steer, this table includes weight ranges, and price ranges so if a heifer is between 200 and 300lbs its worth between $450 and $500, but if a heifer is between 300 and 400 ls its worth $425 and $460.

Not sure how to do a multi level look uplike this.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Show us some sample data (8-12 records). Then show us what your expected results would look like mocked up. Hard to visualize your scenario.
