Dynamic list using vba

Hello All,

I am looking for dynamic list which shows dropdown which is not used as well as it should discard list sequentially.

Lets suppose, I have a list which has name and group in which they belong

Sno Name Group
1 Ashok A
2 Bunty A
3 Cheenu A
4 Dev A
5 Gudiya B
6 Heena B
7 Karan B
8 Lata B
9 Manish B
10 Nisha B

Now here, If I have selected Cheenu, then Cheenu should be discarded in drop down, likewise Heena is selected then Cheenu, Heena+ all the names of group A should be discarded.
And If any participant of group B is selected then Group A should be discarded.
