Hello All (cliche first time here after lot of searching for help but found nothing),

I am looking to make many workbooks to monitor different information for clients that constantly change each month.

What we are currently doing is having all the different excel workbooks for each client in a workbook in one folder named after the month( e.g. June 2016) and then copying this folder and changing it's name (e.g. July 2016) and each workbook is edited.

I am currently designing a master workbook which links each individual client file to it so that when information is put into the master, it automatically updates each individual file.

However, when trying to find a way that means I can copy the folder and change the name, it then causes a #REF error and makes this formulae moot as i would have to go into each file and update the file path.

Is there a way to do this, that when copying and pasting the folder each copied individual file within the new copied folder has its formulae path based on the new copied master workbook in the copied file?

If more explanation is needed please just ask.

Thanks!!

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
