Dynamic Legend on Excel Graph

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if there is a way I can remove data AND legend (ie unfilter) a set of data that is in a chart, where the values in one set are all zeros.

In this table, I would NOT want to have Sales shown on the graph and legend when all values are zero. If any of the values in Sales are not zero then i want them to appear in the graph.

The Hours data can remain in the graph in either case.
