Dynamic Hyperlink

Hi, is it possible to create a dynamic hyperlink to a specified folder but the filename changes based on the information specified an a cell on the same row? I have an excel database for the id cards in our building and i have to manually enter the hyperlink for the photos everytime. In column A, B their first and lastname is specified and the jpg file is called their first and lastname.

I have managed to get a working hyperlink but i want to apply it to everycell in a column without the manual work.

I'm having a similar issue and haven't had much luck. I'm trying to link up to a new worksheet that changes once a user enters a name into a cell (the tab name changes based on what the user types into cell B1). I've looked everywhere to no avail. Let me know if you come across anything....
