Hi,

Currently I am working with a form that is copied off a master copy and is then filled out on a daily basis for each dept. (Each dept has its own tab within the workbook). It is then saved as the date the data is taken.

5-16 (example data)
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="137"><colgroup><col style="mso-width-source:userset;mso-width-alt:2669;width:55pt" width="73"> <col style="width:48pt" width="64"> </colgroup><tbody><tr style="height:15.0pt" height="20"> <td class="xl65" style="height:15.0pt;width:55pt" height="20" width="73">Hours OT</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-left:none;width:48pt" align="right" width="64">30</td> </tr> <tr style="height:15.0pt" height="20"> <td class="xl65" style="height:15.0pt;border-top:none" height="20">Parts/Shift</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">10
</td> </tr> </tbody></table>
How should I go about having the form automatically update an another work book with a rolling record of each date. I am not sure if I am on the right track but im sure if would involve the offset funtion

<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="192"><colgroup><col style="width:48pt" span="3" width="64"> </colgroup><tbody><tr style="height:15.0pt" height="20"> <td class="xl65" style="height:15.0pt;width:48pt" height="20" width="64">Date</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-left:none;width:48pt" width="64">Hours OT</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-left:none;width:48pt" width="64">Parts/Shift</td> </tr> <tr style="height:15.0pt" height="20"> <td class="xl66" style="height:15.0pt;border-top:none" align="right" height="20">16-May</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">1</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">1</td> </tr> <tr style="height:15.0pt" height="20"> <td class="xl66" style="height:15.0pt;border-top:none" align="right" height="20">17-May</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">2</td> <td class="xl65" style="border-top:none;border-left:none" align="right">2</td> </tr> </tbody></table>

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
