Dynamic array in named range VBA

Do think that it's possible to create a dynamic array named range in VBA ?

I tried this :

  ActiveWorkbook.Names.Add Name:="ActivePhases", RefersToR1C1:=ActiveSheet.Name & "!" & ActiveCell.Address & "#"

But that understand the formula in Text:

How about

  ActiveWorkbook.Names.Add Name:="ActivePhases", RefersTo:="=" & ActiveSheet.Name & "!" & ActiveCell.Address & "#"
