I have with me a table (duty roster) which shows a column showing each days of the month, and then for the row headings the name of about 15 soldiers. Every day there will be one person on duty (with one cell labelled as "1") and one on reserved (with one cell named as "R"). Some of them will have multiple duties and multiple times to be the reserved ones. So how do I make a list of days of the month showing the soldiers' names without having to manually referring from it?

If its that few why don't you do the roster and then search and replace?

Hey ad1234,

The number (15) is just an example. Actually there are some 100 soldiers doing duties by the roster, and every month there will be a clerk in charge of the roster. As for me, I am in charge of the Routine Orders (check it out), so I would like to make my life easier by creating an RO which generates by itself everyday LOL
