I know, it's late and I can't think anymore. I have reports to run monthly and I need to remove the duplicate records. Columns A & B are the records from the previous month, from Column C on is the current report run. I am able to highlight the duplicates, but I need to know if there is a fast way for me to remove them.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.

You can remove them by inserting an additional column and using a standard formula:
=COUNTIF(INDIRECT(CONCATENATE("B1:B",ROW(B2)-1)),B2).

Then sort this column by values and delete every row which shows a value above 0.

If you want to use a macro follow what patel45 said.
