Duplicate First and last name Question

Hi guys.
i was wondering how to highlight two columns if the first and last name match.

example in column E i have a last name and in column F i have a first name.
how do i make it highlight if i have a duplicate first and last name match?
thanks a bunch

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
If you select the range E2 down to the last row with data in column F, and use this Conditional Formatting formula, it should do what you want:
Excel Formula:
=COUNTIFS($E:$E,$E2,$F:$F,$F2)>1
