I got the email code to work. I now want to up the code a bit.

I want the code to have the body of the email read

[Description] (got that part already)
"v/r"
[User]

My problem is if I run it together, it fits it like wordwrap. I want the 3 individual entries to be their own seperate line. How do I do that?

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
your description argument could look something like:

[Description] & vbCrlf & vbCrlf & "v/r" & vbCrlf & [User]

The vbCrlf pieces are Carriage Return(Cr)/Line Feed(lf) pairs. So each extra one you put in will add an extra line to your outgoing email.

HTH,
Mike.
