Due date calculation formula

I need an "if" "then" formula for dates. I am trying to have it automatically figure due dates. Anything received from the 1st to the 15th is due the end of the same month. anything received the 16th - the 31st is due 30 days from date of receipt. Can anyone create a formula for this, please?
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

For a date in cell A2, try this formula:
Excel Formula:
=IF(DAY(A2)>15,A2+30,EOMONTH(A2,0))
