Dropdown,opcionboxes dissappear in Excel2003-Espanol

In continuation to my former messaje. AFter opening de applicacion made in Excel2000 (ingles) and excelXP(Espanol) and the error messaje

"error en el archivo, los datos pueden haberse perdido"

All rectangles, dropdowns, selecion and opciones boxes are not visible anymore in the excel application.........

any idea where we have to look for the problem???
