Hey All,

I'm trying to track what games friends have vs what games I have, etc, so I decided to use Excel and make a list, etc. Then when the weekend comes I can just look who is around and decide on a game we are playing.

When I do a drop down list to allocate the game names to the person, the colours don't carry across.

Looking at this screenshot,

gamesvspeople.jpg

I'd like the game name to turn green if the game name from the list on the left is green (which turns screen if I say I own it on the next cell)

Anybody have a solution or work around to this issue I face?

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
In conditional formatting for range E2 to what ever your last column and row is use

Adjust ranges to match your data
Code:
=AND(INDEX($C$2:$C$37,MATCH(E2,$A$2:$A$37,0))="yes",E2<>"")
