Dropdown list for the Item listed in the PivotTable Field List ?

Hello everyone,

I am almost done with a large dashboard for my company, and I feel a little lost on this final touch I want to add to it.

I do not know how to attach a pic, but i will try to explain in a way that makes sense.

In my Pivot table worksheet, i can get a slicer and be able to change through out the different years, however, i want the infections in the list.

I need to be able to group the infections, since i have to drag each one, one at a time, to the Values field in the Pivot field list... or be able to add a drop down list to automatically change different infection types.

I hope i explained this in a way that made sense, if not, feel free to respond for a followup. Thanks so much, i am just drawing a blank.
