dropdown list, add row to source data

I have a drop down list, consisting of 10 items in A2:A11.

Now when I add an item in A12, I want the source of the DD list to include that item automatically.

How to do this ? See image.

Excel Facts

Who is Mr Spreadsheet?
Author John Walkenbach was Mr Spreadsheet until his retirement in June 2019.
Use a table for the source list, and define a name that refers to the table column. Then use the defined name as the DV source.
