I want to have a drop down menu and if something is selected from that drop down menu to display only certain information. I have the drop down menu in place, but cannot figure out how to display correct information. i was tying to use and IF formula. But I don't know if this is the best approach or will work.

What I'm looking for is something like. IF drop down menu is "Setting 1" than display "this information". Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Thanks

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Where is the information being drawn from? If you create a lookup table, you could use VLOOKUP or INDEX MATCH. Perhaps if you show us the layout of your data?

So I have pages and I broke them down into the individual components for the most part. The main page is where I want the information to be displayed.

The main page basically just copies information from the account executive page, which pulls information from the account size page. The territory look up is where all the contact info is held. Unfortunately this was pulled from a different workbook which I don't have access to.

The short story is. I have sales guys who need to look up certain info and depending on different criteria, primarily how many units and territory location, they will be directed to different people. I had it set up well for our two main products. Residential and Commercial. But now I want to add on this drop down menu. So you would select the product from the drop down menu and it would display the appropriate contact information.

I cannot view images or go to file-hosting sites. Can you show (here) what you have, and what you want?

generally, to pull info based on a DD, you would use vlookup or index/match (to pull back only the 1st matching record)

So on the Main page. I want there to be a drop down. Depending on what that drop down was set on, I want it to show certain information.

For example. If there is no selection. Then you can enter information and it will give xyz information and what category the property falls into.
But if you select "drop down option 1" it would show abc information

As I have already said I cannot view images, not much point in adding more lol

Just copy/paste some sample data here
