Drop down lookup - multiple rows of returned data

Hi everyone! 1st post so please be patient with me.

I have a sheet of data (companies) and in column (d) reflects a keyword identifier. (there are 13 different keywords)

I would like on another sheet (results) to be able to create a dropdown selection of the keywords, and automatically return all rows that match the keyword on column D in a table below.

I know that a filter could simply be used on the companies sheet, but the PM is wanting this style look up. can it be down!

Everyones' help is greatly appreciated.
