Drop down list with data insertion

Greetings,
Is it possible to create a Drop box that allows you to select a named list and will then insert the data/create the rows below to insert the data?

then

then if I select Canopy/Seat Removal + Canopy Install
it would create rows and columns below filled with the data from that list .

This is the list frmo another sheet which is the database

It then inserts this data to the main sheet
