I have a drop down list in the first column of a workbook. It opens and I see the values fine if I am on my maint monitor, but if I move the workbook to my second monitor I can't see the values. It's like its trying to put the values on my main monitor because can barely see a faint line of the drop down on the side of my main monitor but can't see the values. Is there a way to make sure the drop down always show no matter the monitor? It also works if the window isn't maximized on the second monitor, but I need it to be. Other than moving the drop down list out of the first column, any suggestions?

The only thing I can think of is your monitor settings. Check that both monitors are using the same resolution and scaling. The scaling will have a dramatic impact if one monitor is set to 150% while the other is set to 200% or so. I'm not entirely sure the resolution will have as much of an impact... but still worth checking if matching the problem montor with the good one makes a difference.
You probably don't need to match the scaling, but it's a good start.

I have three 32" 4K monitors. All three are set to the same resolution and 150% Scale; which is usually the default.

If you're using a laptop with a larger external monitor, this could be your issue. You can also try resizing the workbook so it's not maximized. Position it in the middle of your screen and check the behavior again.

Also check for any driver updates for your system.

Best of luck...
