drop down list, hide selected item in said list

hello all,

i am looking for help with a somewhat pain in the butt task.

i have one list of items, lets say 1-30
i am wanting to create 4 drop down list that will pull from this list and if i select 1 in group 1 then i do not see it in any of other drop down list, and so on, if i select 15 in group 3 i dont see it in 1,2,4.


i have searched the internet and i have searched some of this forum.


help....please!!
