Drop down List Capturing Extra Info

I have some data dependent dropdown lists installed but when the list pops up, if you page down it includes a bunch of extra, unnecessary data not in the defined list? I'm not sure how, why or where it is capturing the items from. I've tried clearing and reinstalling without luck. Any suggestions? TIA
