Hi All,

I’ve have a simple function I want to create on my spreadsheet but I’m finding it difficult to achieve it.

I want to select a name from a drop down menu and dependant on the name select I want to populate data in a static column.

I have created the drop down menu for example:

John
Dave
Sam
Jay
Ray
Rosie

I have a targets column on my spreadsheet, so I I select Dave then saves targets will appear, for example:

Dave (drop down)

A1 B1
PTC 50
REC 49
RPA 33
VIR 70

Column A1 will remain static however B1 target data will change as you select a different name.

I would be grateful if anyone can help, I have very basic knowledge of excel which I’m working on improving.

Thank you in advance

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
