Drop down Box help for a noob....

OKAY, so after picking around I figured out how to make a drop down box.

The drop down box is in cell E3 (EFGH3 if merging matters).

I have 21 values assigned to the drop down box which are coming from cells B61:B81.
In cells C61:C81 (technicaly CD61:CD81 again, if that matters) I have 1 through 21 in corresponding cells.

I would like to make E61 return a value of 1 through 21 based on what is selected in the drop down box.

*** B61 is a blank box, but I want an empty box to be an option. If it needs to have something in each cell to make everything work let me know, kthanks! ***

You don't need the C61:C81 data. You can use the formula:
=MATCH(TRUE,B61:B81=E3,) Enter with Ctrl+Shift+Enter
