Drill Through not working / Drill thru not working

I have a PowerPivot report and when I click to view the detail, a new tab is created but I get a message that says "Retrieving data from [Name of my Measure], [a list of all filters in the report], (First 15000 rows...)" and nothing is populated, not matter how long I let it think. This same file used to work ok, but all of a sudden this functionality quit working.

I googled and this link seems to describe exactly the problem I have: Power Pivot OLAP drillthrough is not yielding any rows

However, the guy gives a brief explanation of how he solved the problem but it is not very clear (modified the format?).

Any ideas?

I too am having the same problem and cannot figure out how to fix this/ It has been working fine since we started using it months ago and then out of now where I started getting the same message.
