Draw data from website

Hello everyone!

Not sure this is an Excel-only question or if it needs programming skills too. I was wondering if it's possible to draw data from a website to specific excel cells.

If not possible, you can stop reading here!

To be more specific, I need to draw Surname and Name (they are in different fields on the website), and combine them to column C, starting form C5 (or first available cell after that) and going downward. I also need to draw Personal number from website to column E, starting from E5* and going downward.

*Please mind that some cells in Column E do remain empty. So Personal number has to be in the same row as Surname/Name.

The process I follow on the website is the following;
- I type a code and hit Enter (or scan a barcode without hitting enter) to retrieve the data from an online database (I don't have access to that database)
- Data appears on the screen
- Then I do some more clerk work, but it's not relevant to the Excel sheet.

Try Excels power query - sorry maybe not missed that you don't have access to the data and you would probably need to set up PQ with parameters ( employee number) and get it to pull the info record by record, could be messy but maybe one of the other PQ professionals on here may have ides

Thanks for answering. I do have access to the data, but not to the whole database. Once I type a unique code given to each person, I get access to their whole data, out of which I only need the three fields mentioned before.
