Column "W" of my worksheet is formatted as Percentage, If I drag & drop one cell to the cell below, the percentage copies correctly.

If I drag a contiguous group of cells in any row that contain column "W" the percentage is increased by 100% in Column "W".

20% in column "W" becomes 120% and 50% becomes 150% etc.
If I copy & paste the same group of cells, the percentage in column “W” copies normally.

I have cleared All and reset the percentage format numerous times, but the problem still persists.

There are no conditional formats or formulas in column "W”.

There is a formula in Column "X" '=IF(W12>0.4,1.5,0.8) or '=IF(W12>40%,150%,80%)

If I replace that formula with a fixed %, the percentage in column “W” copies via drag & drop as it should normally.

If I format column “Y” as percentage and enter a number in it, with Drag & Drop of contiguous cells the percentages in column “Y” and column “W” increase by 100%.
Any idea what might be happening and how to correct it?

Thank you.
