Drag down formula tha skips 48 cells

Hello!
I want to put in cell I3 the value from cell C1, to I4 the value of C49 and so on.
How can I do it?

in cell I3 paste below formula and drag down

This time:
At cell M3 I want to put the value of B46, M4 the value of 94 etc
