Is there any way to drag two of the same dates down a column. Example Date of 1/1/18 in cell A1 and same date 1/1/18 in cell A2. I would like to be able to highlight both cells and drag them down or any method so the date will advance incrementally in the next two cells, A3 and A4, etc.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Hi, not sure if this is what you are looking for, but try this:

In cell A1 you have 1/1/2018, in A2 have it just be a reference to A1. In cell A3, have =A2+1, in cell A4 have =A3. Then, just highlight A3 and A4, and drag down.

So the formulas would look like this:

A1 (no formula, hardcoded date): 1/1/2018
A2: =A1
A3: =A2+1
A4: =A3

Thanks for that info it works. Formatting each cell with a formula works well but I maght as well just enter each date.
Thank you.

If you're only entering 5 dates or so, yes manually entering each date would be very quick. If you're doing this across a large amount of rows, the formula method would be easier.
