Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).

Hi Norie. First, thanks again to all who stopped by. I posted onto OzGrid and OfficeExperts and got a reply from Anne of Troy who pointed me to http://vbaexpress.com/kb/getarticle.php?kb_id=727 for a macro that did the trick. Gotta love vba, huh?

BTW - I had a single Word Doc which I basically wanted to separate each paragraph into it's own separate doc. And the macro in the link above did it ba-da-bing.

Still haven't found your stuff, eh? Man, it must be hidden real good. :)
