Need to download and refresh data manually once a week. Created a Web query but since the website requires a login, I have to create the query all over again next time I wish to refresh the data. Even when the query is saved. Is there a way to use vba to either automate the refresh or at least ask the login credentials without navigating to the Web table again?

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
My experience with this is not consistent. Some websites have only looked for the IP address (I guess) of the user. So if I log in using Internet Explorer and then I open Excel and run the webquery using vba, then no problems. At other times, I have to actually open Excel manually login in using the web query and then run the webquery that was saved in vba. I don't know the mechanisms behind this but find it annoying. A better option might be to use webscaping via Internet Explorer but it gets into even murkier waters and I don't know how much you know about vba and/or html coding practices.
