download data from webpage

I need download data from sport webpaes which runs upto 150 matches or so, depending on no of teams participate in the tournament and each match will have two pages. for eg: to download data for match between baroda vs mumbai , gujarat vs maharashtra, mp vs rajasthan, assam vs tripura, goa vs karnataka , i have to use following as url name. Here baroda,mumbai,gujarat,maharashtra,mp,rajasthan,assam,triupura,goa & karnataka are the team name . 19881 to 19886 are matchid

In this particular tournament there are about 35 teams divided in 5 groups ie., east,west,north,south & central . Each team will play once against each other in the group . I need help to form the teams within group & inter group (for different tournament) & also to add matchid to generate combination of webpages as shown above . I have vba to download the data from webpages which is working fine.
