Fluff has been wonderful in configuring the figures so that the data set appears in the correct order. However, when I select H3:J30 and then select the doughnut graph from the lower Insert option, the cells in H3:I5 are not selected. I have asked Fluff if he knew the reason why, but he doesn't do graphs. I have previously created doughnut graphs with I values in the centre and Js on the outside.

Can anyone else help?

Thanks

For me it only ignores the first three rows, but regardless to "force" it to recognise the entire dataset put labels over the two columns of data (I2 and J2 respectively) and leave H2 blank.

Solution
Thanks MB - just for clarity for anyone else who reads this, you need to select H2:J30 before going to Insert.

Thanks again.

You’re welcome, and thank you for adding the clarification. I meant to say that but forgot.
