Doughnut Chart with Image or Icon?

I've been told to add images to a Doughnut chart with Category Name and Percentage for 50 reports. How can I add an image or icon linked to the Category Name?

Will it work with icon sets? If so, how can I create my own icon set?

Will this work better with a different type of chart?
I'm using Excel 2016.
