Double Column Sorting does not sort for the 2nd level - Any help?

Not sure what happened.

I sort based on Column B then 2nd level Column A but it does not sort Column A

Your data is sorted correctly.
But the DHL is broken up by the different working days

How can I get it to sort by DHL shipping info then by the ID number?

If you want to group together all DHL then every single letter must be the same. Is it possible to add a helper column with only the first 10 letters of the shipping information and use that for sorting?
