Double Click to Edit & Save the Comments in a cell which is linked from another Sheet

Hello Everyone,
I was trying to prepare a Report of a Hotel business I work under.
I have a report that tracks the records of each division & the focus is very high on the comments provided.

Attached Excel file has an example of how the report looks.

Column "C" has comments that is populated from another sheet (linked)

At times I need to edit the comments on the final report.
Can there be an option where I can double click the cell (in this example :C2)
to Edit the comment what is present & overwrite it with what I want & save on the same cell ?

Any Macro that can help me with a solution ??
