Double Bookings

Admittedly I am very unskilled at Access, so bare with me.
I am setting up a management system for the local tennis club, within this I would like a feature to book courts. This is proving difficult. I need to set up double booking feature, had anyone got an idea of how I can do this? I have got 5 tables;
tbl_members -involves details of the members
tbl_coaches - involves details of the coaches
tbl_courts - involves details of the coaches
tbl_bookings - This will store the bookings
tbl_available - This will store all of the available courts, times, coaches, presumingly these will need need to delete when the court is booked with a coach at a certain time. However, I would like it so any day/time can be booked!

As you can see, this is a lot for me to take on, if anyone could help me in anyway it would be truely appreciated!!
