When will Don't Fear The Spreadsheet be released? I have not seen it at Amazon.

Is the e-book in Kindle format or is just in a pdf?

The ebook is epub or pdf. I do not think a Kindle version is available at this time.

Some of these Holy Macro Books need to be edited for typographicals and grammaticals. I'm finding alot in Slaying Excel Dragons. The Bill Jelen book on 512 Mysteries solved in Excel 2007 and 2010 has them as well.
