I have to use excel in conjunction with some other software consequently I am always hitting the save button on excel. With my other software it saves all of my work automatically roughly every 5 seconds. I really love this feature. Does excel for mac 2016 have this feature it would really help out if it did.

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).

You can look in the Excel Options by clicking File / Options / Save and see if the AutoRecover box is checked. Also the Mac operating system could have an autosave feature, but not having ever used a Mac, I am just guessing at that.
