Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
The easiest way to do it is to put the tutor's name in a picture and save it on your network.

Then include that picture on the title slide for each PPT (or do it for one PPT, then copy that title slide to each of the others). Now each time a PPT opens, it will insert that picture, and if the tutor changes, you only have to change that one picture.

This webpage shows you how. Do not forget to choose the option to Link to File, if you want the PPT to update the picture each time it opens.

Thanks but this is for a web based picture and it uses Datapoint add in which is a subscription based add in.

My suggestion would work for a web based picture, too

I'm not sure where Datapoint comes in

The link you posted is showing you how to link a website based picture via a hhtp:// address not a system based picture stored on your hard drive and it uses datapoint add in to check when the webpage is updated.

if you tell Powerpoint to link to the picture, it should update itself when the slideshow opens. The reason that article was using Datapoint was that the image was updating while Powerpoint was running, which you don‘t need to worry about. Why don’t you try it, anyway?
