Document contains no data

I have been getting this error navigating the board this morning, and I'm not sure if it's a problem with our proxy or if something's up with the board. Just wanted to see if anyone else has had the same problem. :unsure:
 
I've been getting IE error message along the lines of The document cannot be displayed.... on refresh the page appears, but it's been happening fairly frequently...
