Hi All

Do we have option where we can attached "File" while posting question/Answer to this forum?

It's been years I have been using this forum but never seen that option.

Just to clarify, there is nothing exclusive about using dropbox in this forum. You can upload a file to any site that allows access to somebody with a link to the file.

Also by way of confirmation, it is not possible to attach actual files in this forum.

BTW, I have moved this thread to the appropriate forum as it is not an Excel question.

I only mention Dropbox, as it is my preference.
Do we need to state "Upload to any file sharing site ", rather than just the one ??
What do you believe is the best syntax to provide a suitable response to these posters.

Hi Michael, I wan't particularly chastising you but rather trying to make clear to the OP that there is a choice. Their preference might be Google Drive, or Box or OneDrive and they are perfectly free to use those, but your post made it sound a bit like the only choice was Dropbox.
A suggestion, if you want to show your preference, would be something like:
"OR you can upload the file to a file-share site (eg dropbox) and post the link back here."

Yeah, that's what I have been doing uploading file somewhere and sharing link.
