Hey how is everyone doing today I am actually new to this site, and still pretty new to excel. I am currently running a Excel '13 on a Win 7, as well as a Max OSX with Excel. I am currently working on a personal project where I am creating character sheets for RPG games like DnD and what not. I have pretty much started with no knowledge of Excel to a point where about 75% of the whole character creation process is automated. My question for today is as follows.

Health:
Current Health
Health Lost/Gained:

Above are three boxes I have been trying to find a way to work out. Mind you I have been working on the Work Sheet Side because I have no background in Macro. My Question is I wish for it to do three things

1. Current Health will never exceed Health
2. Any Changes in Health are updated to Current Health
3. Regardless of the amount of Health Received it won't go past Health, but at the same time the moment Current Health goes past -9 it should mention the character is Dead.

Like I said I am doing this for a Game but I may just apply it to other games in order to streamline the Excel sheet for those not as savey. Also if anyone is interested in seeing this sheet to see where it is at, feel free to send me a message so that you may see what I mean.
