Thanks! Yeah this is dividing the value by ten bit it is only changing the value from 280 million to 28 million, which indeed is what I initially asked for. So it appears that this stock has had at least six reverse splits since 2012 thus making it wicked hard to figure out what the actual prices were (split adjusted).
